Last Minute Additions to AMAX 2.20

NOTE: Chances are excellent that the AMAX documentation is not current. For
being known primarily as a documentation writer, I have this real problem
documenting my own packages. Now I know what Bob and Vince were going through
when they were calling for help on BinkleyTerm documentation. I'm not asking
for help on the AMAX docs by any means, but I am letting you know that they
may not match everything you'll see during program operation. AMAX is easy
enough to use (I think) that you shouldn't have a problem.
Bug fixed making directories for newly defined zones (this occurs when you
tell AMAX to use a zone for which an outbound directory does not exist and
AMAX attempts to make a corresponding directory). If AMAX experiences a DOS
error trying to make a directory it will now properly report it.
AMAX can now be re-invoked if it was run from someplace other than the current
directory. This requires DOS 3.x or higher, so now we make certain that DOS
3.x or higher is being run.
Added display of the current outbound directory to the Main Menu.
Double-checked to make sure that AMAX has no problem recognizing zones up to
and including the BinkleyTerm maximum - 4,095 (FFF hex). Apparently AMAX
2.10a had a real problem with this.
Better error detection and reporting on failed un-archiving attempts.
